Attributes
Physique
Determines your HP and External Defense; 1 Physique point gives 10 HP and 5 Ext. Def.
Strength
Determines External Attack and External Defense; 1 Strength point gives 5 Ext. Att. and 1 Ext. Def.
Qi
Determines Magic Points and Internal Defense; 1 Qi point gives you 10MP and 5 Int. Def.
Spirit
Determines Internal attack and Internal Defense; 1 Spirit points gives you 5 Int. Att. and 1 Int. Def.
Agility
Determines Defense and Dodge; 1 Agility points gives you 4 Defense and 10 Dodge
Skill
Determines Attack and Hit Rates; 1 Skill point gives you 6 Attack and 10 Hit Rate
Character Properties
HP
The basic number of Hit Points of your character, determined by your Physique
MP
The basic number of Magic Points of your character, determined by your Qi
Stamina
The basic number of Stamina of your character, determined by your level and can be increased in the “Battle” skill tree. Used by “Battle” skills.
Ext. Att.
Determines the power of your External Skills. Supposedly increases the resistance to Internal Skills.
Ext. Def.
Increases the resistance to External Skills.
Int. Att.
Determines the power of your Internal Skills. Supposedly increases the resistance to External Skills.
Int. Def.
Increases the resistance to Internal Skills.
Attack
Determines the chances of making critical hits.
Defense
Determines the chances of not being criticaly hit.
Hit Rate
This determines the chances of hitting your opponent.
Dodge
This determines the chances of avoiding enemy strikes.
Damage calculation
Int. Att. vs. Int. Def (and supposedly Ext. Att. by some margine)
If your Int. att. is higher than targets Int. Def you will do more skill damage and same works the other way. The higher it is the more dmg / less damage
Ext. Att. vs. Ext. Def (and supposedly Int. Att. by some margine)
If your Ext. att. is higher than targets Ext. Def you will do more skill damage and same works the other way. The higher it is the more dmg / less damage
Attack vs. Defence
The higher your Attack is than targets Defence the more chances of making a critical hit you have and same works the other way around.
Hit Rate vs. Dodge
If your Hit Rate is higher than targets Dodge the more chances of hitting you have, same works the other way around.
Normal attacks
Your wepon damage / martial soul is the base of your damage – so if your wepon damage is 30-50 you will do ABOUT 30-50 damage, if your martial soul is 60 you will do ABOUT 60 damage. some wepons attack faster than others so while 1 wepon might do 60 damage in 1 hit the other wepon will do 2x 30 damage in the same time. Armor lowers the normal attack damage you get and targets armor will lower your damage you deal.
Becouse of lack of information and a way to test it i can only speculate on how is damage calculated for normal attacks.
i think it is very simple. in the beggining very confusing becouse of misleading information and the lack of accurate information.
